Hey... I know there are a bunch of different posts on this topic over the forum, but I thought I'd add mine...
I have a sedentary job, but am really focused on picking up the pace.
I'm participating in the Spring, 2014 Men's Health 52 Day Challenge. I've set goals to go 650,000 steps and 2000 Very Active Minutes in the 52 days, so I'm working on higher step counts through May at least.
Friend me and help me reach my goals!

I have a sedentary job too but I am also really keen to pick up the pace!
It's good that you've set a challenge for yourself, I think I'm going to do that soon! Just need to find one!
