I just completed a 30 day no sugar challenge on January 31 and decided to continue on it as my regular routine. The challenge combined with working out 6 times a week took off 15 pounds in the month. I felt and continue to feel great. I also discovered new healthy food that I really enjoy! I have not had bread, rice or pasta yet this year. You will love how you feel! GOOD LUCK!!

I'm a few days late but will join in on this one. I've developed a crazy sugar addiction. (I already have some Peppermint Mocha creamer in my coffee this morning--but from this moment on it stops.)
