Go to community then activity groups and click on the group and under the group name it should say join group and after you join in the same place it will say leave group if it is not what you need. Hope that helps.

Would love to join, but I don't have "join group" as an option either. When looking under groups in "Community," I don't even see the group - I can only get to it via the link in this discussion

I would love to join this group as well but searched and couldn't find it. I'm 45 and live in Chicago. I just got my Fitbit Force a few weeks ago and want to lose about 15-20 lbs. I'm finding it harder to lose now that I'm a little older 🙂 and would love to be a part of a group to help keep me motivated! Can someone tell me what to search so I can find this group? Thanks! ")

I would love to join also 🙂 I'll be 43 on March 1st and have had my fitbit zip for 4 weeks. I've been doing the Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD's and as of today have lost 13 lbs 🙂 I need to lose 40-50 and am determined this time to stick with it. I searched but couldn't find the group.

I just turned the BIG-4-0! And I got my fitbit for Christmas however, I haven't really used it until this week.
I have always struggled with my weight.. and I'm so freaking sick of it! I just lost @40 pouns doing the Medi Weight Loss program but, now I'm back to eating CARBSSSS! God, I've missed my carbs! I know they are not the best to eat.. But, still a little wheat bread here and there would be awesome! Anyways... I need all the motivation I can get! Add me into your group... and let's do this!

I'm looking for a group 🙂 Was there ever one made? I justed started Fitbit yesterday. I'm 41 5 foot 4 inches and 156 lbs. I'd like to lose 30 lbs before I go on vacation in June. I've been watching what I eat and working out for over 6 months and have only lost about 7 lbs. Super frustrating. I'm hoping this will get me on track, and I think it will. I was definately over estimating my activity level!

Hello everyone. Been off my game for awhile. Business trip to Mexico for a week and now have acute bronchitis. Feel like crap and no energy for food or excercise( had ckn noodle soup and that was ALL I ate ALL day-yep feeling that bad) Needing encouragement to get back at it. Im maintaing the 10lb loss I already did but I want to begin working on next 10lbs to leave. Feel free to give me motivation and encouragement I need it. 🙂

Looking to lose about 25 lbs. I love the fit bit, when I am tracking my steps to get at least 10,000 a day I start to lose weight. I have to increase it a bit each week to keep up the loss. My zip case broke a few months ago and the weight started piling on. Back to keeping steps on track!
I miss my youth where I couldn't gain anything...............

I saw your post today, I hope you are on your way with losing the weight. I am in my 40's as well and need to lose about 60 pounds. If you have any ideas or suggestions please share, I just started back to the gym at least 4 days a week and keeping track of my food intake (the hardest part). However what I find the most difficult is drinking water, I'm not a soda drinker but do like juices. Anyway, any suggestions will be great 🙂
