I have been using fitbit for two weeks now. I need to add some friends that are interested in motivating each other. I would like to lose 50-70 pounds, but most of all I want to be active and live healthy. My goal is to start with the 10,000 steps per day and hope to improve each week.

Now, I have other questions about this forum. I have received replies to this post, but I have no idea how to respond to them. Someone just said they would like to add me, but they don't know how to add people.
