I have premium membership with Lose It and I am unable to sync with the Fitbit Flex. I keep getting same error message. I have tried multiple times to connect my fitbit flex to lose it and I continue to get the same error message.
ERROR MESSAGE:
There was an problem connecting your Fitbit. Please try following these steps to resolve the issue:
- Log in to your account at fitbit.com
- Click your name in the top right and select Account Settings
- Click on "Applications" on the left
- Click "Revoke Access" button under Lose It!
- Go to loseit.com, log in, and go to Apps & Devices
- Disconnect and reconnect your FitBit Aria if you have one
- Disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit Tracker if you have one
Please help me to connect my device. When I login to Fitbit dashboard it doesn't show lose it under the applications so I can't "revoke access".
