Lossing weight & keeping it off

Hello. I've lost weight and gained weight over the years. Never had a hard time losing the weight just keeping it off lol.  I need to tell ya fitbit is a god send. My problem was work like hell to be as healthy as an Olympic athlete. slowly weening my way back to the dark side lol. Now with the HR I can see my laziness. I'm aware of the total amount of energy I consume. Most of all the sleep monitor  can see if I've had a good nights rest and if not tells me ware I was restless or awake Now I can try and change things at bed time see if that makes a deference. As for me one year ago I was 260 lbs Now 195 lbs and thanks to this little baby on my wrist I plan on keeping it off. Blading going out with the family and eating very well. All fruit, veg and protein plenty of water and the party's on good luck to anyone trying to stay fit but its not the luck that well get you there.
