You've given yourself less than 4 months to lose 35 pounds.  I'm not saying that's impossible, but it's going to be hard.  First of all you will need to set a weight loss goal in fibit, and choose the 2 lbs a week HARD setting.  Which means you will have to burn at least 1000 calories more a day than you eat.

Second you need to log everything you eat.  I don't know what you eat now, but you going to have eat low calories foods.  Fruits, vegetiables mainly.  I suggest cutting back on meets, cheeses (too much sodium).  You're going to have to give up so many things, or cut back on them, and add more vegetiables.

That's what I did, and I've lost 32 lbs since 10/1/2015...   But I had five months...  I walk 4-5 miles every other day.

If you're willing to control your eating, and totally change your lifestyle.  You can make your 35 lbs goal.  It will take determination, self control, and commitment.  You can do it.  Just like I'm commited to lose 65 more.  You can lose the 35.  Good luck to you!!!

Fab @Tricia17 , focus on being healthy, your precious body will settle in it's happiest healthy weight range automatically.

Listen to your precious body as well, you may have eaten more already than whats been logged even when measuring everything accurately. Like a piece of fruit containing a bit more calories, but more nutritients than the one logged in the database, though leaving satisfied for a bit longer.. foods prepackaged can contain more calories than actual being mentioned on the package itself.. a food plan is a guide line.. listen to your body to, if not hungry, feeling needing to force feed yourself.. regardless you can eat alot more according to the plan in the moment, wait until feeling your precious body asks for more nourishment, it let you know by increasing appetite / hunger signals or send on a food hunt if ignoring the other signals, when it needs more nourishment / nutritients.

When suddenly getting a huge desire for food.. and everything in sight looks good to have.. be aware about (your body is sending signals needing more), have natural foods ready just in case when possible, and eat on those foods first.. until comfortably satisfied..

Place all foods on the table before eating, thinking twice when possible binge eating.. if really hungry, your body would be more happy with natural whole foods rather than filling up with 'junk foods' (mostly higher in calories, not leaving as satisfied as natural foods, possibly wanting more while not really needing)..

Everyone is unique, see which foods your craving in the moment to have when hungry, there are no good or bad foods, though the body naturally desires to have foods which have no labels when eating those mostly.. (fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, fish,..)..

When allowing to have what your body is asking for in the moment when possible (it knows which nutritients it needs, which food contains these nutritients it's seeking), possibly being satisfied sooner since satisfying your bodies needs. If eating just to eat, possible not really needing if eating what your body asks for first.. possible eating less calories overall in the longer run.

Listen to your precious body, see how it goes.. no need to eat those last 200 calories in the plan or more, if your body is comfortably satisfied in the moment.. having all nutritients it needs.

Hey there! I need to lose a number close to yours. Keep in mind that a healthy weightloss means 2lbs per week in the highest caloric deficit.

My tips are the following:

  • Choose the exercise program of your choice, whether is Zumba, MMA or netflix in front of a treadmill.
  • Stay away from pills, shakes and miracle cures.
  • You don't need any Jumpstart or 21 day plan to do it, just plan ahead to eat better and workout.
  • Be consistent.
  • Don't give up when you get a bad day!

I'll be glad to join you on your journey! Happy stepping Smiley Very Happy

Congrats on your loss so far you have done excellent.

I would not set a goal like that. If you don't make it you could be disappointed. Also when you get closer to your goal weight it does slow down on the losses.

Good Luck!
