Hi, I am Not a jogger. I lost 20 pounds. I'm 69 and go for walks only - no jiffing running etc. I belong to a weight loss clinic and use myfitnesspal to sync with my fitbit. Any older walkers out there want to share with me?

Congrats on your loss! That's awesome!
I'm 65 and love to Walk. I go out every morning and it starts my day off right. Don't feel good until I do!

Hi Wendy! I just returned from my walk, so now have 5,600 steps. I try for 6,000 - 10,000 every day.
