Lost weight with my fitbit charger.

ANSWERED
I started my quest toolset weight about 4 Mouths ago. I been hearing about Fitbit and their were many to choose from. I went with the charger HR , and never looked back. Everything that Fitbit said it would do it does exactly that.I went from 199 to 145.6 lbs . (10-21-2015)
Now Fitbit can't do it alone the person wearing Fitbit must be certain that he or she will follow through and complete their goal. It's by no means easy and talk about will power one must diffidently have, so with will power and self determination plus Fitbit it's a win win. I am 66 yrs old and sever health problems. I have to use to canes or a walker when I walk. I am in pain 24/7 . I gave spinal Stenosis . Not good all so A B 12 deficiency Which effect my balance. I told my self I can feel dory for my self and do nothing or I can fight back and at least try to help my self. That's what I did. No I'm not cured never will be but I lost lot of weight. Work out everyday sometimes 2X a day, watch my carbs and how much I eat. I did it. Now I need to continue and not stop just because I lost the weight. But Fitbit is my key to my success ..

Hey their first thing you can do this it won't be easy but you and your Fitbit side by side can do this. Iam 66 yrs old not with health issues and I am living proof you can do this I was bedridden for one year and told bye specialist and other doctors that I would never walk again, I have spinal stenosis diabetes spot on the lung B12 deficiency high blood pressure cholesterol and a few others. I told my self one day back in 06 that I was going to walk with gods help. Long story short from bed to wheel chair to walker to a 4 prong cane to a reg cane now no cane but I carry it with me just in case. No I don't walk perfect and I am in pain, I stay in pain 24 hrs a day and have take pain pills. But I don't take them unless it's a must. I even jog now not fast but at a slow pace. I started with my walker now no walker. I can jog long distances but like a block the. walk then jog. I set my goals. I workout on the exercise bike 2 to 3 times per day average anywhere from 7 to 12 miles once in a while 15, 20 yes painful yes. But if u want to know more I'll be more than happy to fill you in but remember no pain no gain. Sent from my iPhone
