METABOLISM is the key

Folks... i have not read much about Metabolism.  In my opinion it is essential for weight loss and maintenance.

 

Google about it...  a lot to read.

 

simply...your body is a machine...  you have to train your brain that it does not need to store fat for energy!  you HAVE to eat upon waking and every couple few hours in small portions.  food is fuel.  

 

otherwise your brain is in storage mode.  if you only eat a salad a day, you are starving yourself and brain begins to shut down and minimize energy output.  and will want to store anything it can.

 

i am proof it works.  but takes a long time.  stay focused.  i was 220 and now a lean, mean 160-165 46yr old.

 

also a believer in spin class... and i am an instructor i love it so much!  got to include exercise with balanced meals!!

 

i could go on all day....
