Maintains weight/ less carbs & sugar

Hi everyone. I want to know how to maintain my weight yet I continuously eat sugary foods to make me feel better. I definitely stress eat and I always go straight for the carbs. I use food as a coping mechanism but I want end this. Please give me ways in which I can lower my carb and sugar intake. Thanks!

I would seek out a nutritionist and therapist.  Using food as a coping mechanism is not healthy.  I would try to get some professional help from a counselor and nutrionist so you can develop a healthy relationship with food.
