SW - starting weight for this challenge

CW - current weight 

PW - previous week's weight/weigh-in

LW - last weight/weigh-in

GW - goal weight for the challenge

MGW - mini goal weight

UGW- ultimate goal weight

Oh my goodness, @_Lilac_ ! I've missed a lot! Brain surgery is not fun and I wish you so much luck!

 

I'm headed to the new topic for a check in, then up Pikes Peak with my youngest. The benefit of having a family of 24 is that there's always someone at my mom and dad's during a reunion to help out with the kids who don't want to go on adventures!

HI Sorry.  Start and stop with diet.  Love to work out but i work too much.  

 

So done complaining.  I must stop eating.

Hi friends! Want to share my recipe for being active. I just go to the local news site (mine is Colorado) and find the list of events like this, and go to them. Most of them are active (parties, dancing a lot) and the best thing is that I forget about food at this time, so I easily lost several pounds in a month.
