Hi All,
I've had my fitbit for about a month. I love it, and I sync it with MFP to log all my foods, track my exercise etc etc. Over the past month I have ate pretty much “ the right things”. I’ve had a few slip ups, but they were few and far between. I’ve scanned foods ( good or bad) and logged/ weighed them. I think the scale should have changed, OR my BMI. Albeit nothing has changed. I feel like I've hit a wall. I’m thinking I could I have things set up wrong in MFP/Fitbit to properly obtain my goal, perhaps my diet isn’t sufficient. Can anyone Kindly help?

If you are a member at MFP, search for the posts "Logging accuracy, consistency, and you're probably eating more than you think" and "Logging Acurrately..step by step guide". They really helped me a lot.

Are you manually logging ANY exercise at all?
Some should be depending on the Fitbit you have (which one?) - some should not.
Are you confirming the database entries for food you scan are still correct to the label?
Meaning, manufacturer's will change the makeup of a food and the nutrition label, but keep the same SKU.
Also, are you weighing everything, even scanned items - and doing the math for serving size and how many servings you had.
"about 2 servings" could easily be 2.55, and if a 100 cal per serving - you just got surprised.
Also - did you start exercise program at about same time?
Side effect of exercise is water weight gain for body improvements. So even while first big weight drop is mainly water, exercise will cause more to be retained.
Have you been confirming that the changes on MFP are accurate - there's been bugs in syncing on MFP and Fitbit, fouling that up potentially.
Have you been meeting your eating goal as reflected by MFP - which means it changes daily?

I had exactly that happen to me with a granola bar that was a favorite treat.
I noticed it was a little smaller, though not very much. When I checked the label, it went from 180 calories to 170 now, which is fine. What's not fine is that the sugar went up, even though the bar was smaller, and the protein went down, which stinks. It looks like the only thing that didn't change was the SKU.
