Missing Weight Data

I contacted Fitbit 3 weeks ago via the chat system because 12 months plus of weight recording just disappeared in the app & website.

Today, I was asked to submit screen shots but I already did this 3 weeks ago!

They then proceeded to tell me that it was only today that they knew what the issue is......so what have they been investigating for the past 3 weeks?

They are also saying the data can't be reinstated.

Anyone else had this & have any ideas how to resolve.

A big fail for Fitbit Customer Service.
