So I'm on a mission to lose 41.6 by the end of the year that would briing my weight loss total to 59 pounds and I know I can do it I've been working hard at exercising and making sure that I log everyday and also trying to change what I'm eating and it's been hard but I knwo I can do it. My biggest thing also is drinking lots of water and less soda but I'm just not going to drink as much soda and work torwards more water. You got this! I have a similar goal, 42 pounds, but I am trying to do it by the end of October. You see... I am 25, and in my 25th year, I am trying to lose 25% of my body weight. It will finally put me in the normal range, a place I have not been.
