My Story?? Kind of Scary

ANSWERED

I also belong to Sensa and have lost a lot of weight there. I find that my fit bit just helps me get up and move more.

I started gaining weight around 35 yrs. old and kept gaining. I had knee surgery on both of my knees and one ankle. That put me in a wheel chair due to major pain. I did not walk much at all. I am walking more now almost every day. I am really happiest when I see myself climbing up the ranks amonst my friends. I cannot run and stairs are almost impossible for me. But I CAN walk now and I DO, as MUCH AS I CAN!!!

Movement!!!  Thank you Fit Bit!

Good for you!  You're doing great after all the medical issues!  I've broken both ankles, had surgery on both feet & both knees as well.  It's easy to get discouraged & feel as if it's hopeless.  But the FitBit really does help with motivation!  And once we start losing, it's easier to see that there's hope after all!

Good luck Rascle1!!!
