My fitbit stop tracking my steps...is anyone else having this problem?

It has been calculating my calories but for the last 2 days I have no steps.

My fitbit tracks but then when I checck my steps it seems to sync I can see the step count for just a few minuts then it is gone.

I sent a email to the company they told me I need to reboot my fitbit so I guess I will try this tonight

Mine did that a couple weeks ago ago and I reset it. Plug it in like you would to charge it, then on the end is a little pin hole, press that a few seconds and it should reset. Since I had those issues it has worked fine. I also stopped wearing mine when I shower. I wanted to see if that might have caused it and so far so good. Hope that helps!

2 out of 5 times, yep happens to me, you have to reset the dongle by either plugging it in and pressing the pin hole or let the battery die and recharge it.

Mine stops tracking and says the bluetooth connection is unable to establish. Only way to fix it is to reset it. I have two chargers by the way. One's in the office, One's in the home.
