I am finally back on track and I am starting a challenge. Begins today Feb 3 2016 and ends April 27 2016, a 12 week challenge.
I am currently at 218 lbs, I am challenging myself to reach 195 by the end of the 12 weeks.
I will post my weight loss every Tuesday.
Anyone is welcome to join and challenge yourself.

Great idea! I'll start on Tuesday. My goal weight is 150 (up around 170 now). Portion control and eliminating wine during the week will go *a long* way for me. Exercising isn't a problem; it's just a matter of too much good food and too much wine!

me too. I am in starting 07.02.2016 211 lbs my goal is 180 lbs.

I have been tracking my weight and exercise since January 26,2016 (151.1 lbs). Would love to try this 12 week challenge (first time doing a challenge), to keep up motivation and read about everyones weight loss and healthy/healthier choice journey.

After one week... I started at 250.2 lbs. I'm now at 247.2. 3 Lbs lost

Weighed in this morning at 148.2. I had family over, which was a nice surprise and unfortunately doesn't happen often, so I went slightly off my low carb eating. Back on track today, went to the gym for about 45 min. and feeling great. I am moving on from my gain knowing that I am in control and I can adapt to changes and that is life! I hope everyone has had a good week for weight loss and in their personal life too!

Starting the challenge today, 09FEB
170.2 and aiming to lose 10# in 12 weeks. I'm in a half-marathon training group and the coaches all say you can't be successful in both training and weight loss. If I lose 1# per week, and complete the race without injury, I'll count myself as successful.

Basically from this time last week I'm up 1.3 lbs. WTH?!
I ran a 5K with my daughter on Saturday. I think in my mind that made me think I could eat whatever for like three days after. LOL! Hopefully will be back on track next week.

I did not make it to post weigh in on yesterday, but today I weighed in at 151.6. It has been a rough week, including my birthday cheats! I hope the progress continues!
