Be sure you keep control of what you eat. I'm not saying starve yourself just set a calorie goal an stick to it. My daughter and I both started our quest together last October. We work out 3 days a week for about an hour and track our food with MyFitnessPal which works with Fitbit. She has lost 55 lbs and me at age 64 have slimmed down 38 lbs. It's not hard you can do it!!!
