Hi there
I am 31 and have approx 13 lbs to lose to get back to ideal weight after having my beautiful boy 3 years ago. Just looking for moral support and friends who have similar goals. Any training and nutrition advice (predom plant based) would be super helpful. Here's to reaching my goal of being healthy and happy! I live in Nottingham UK, all UK fitibit buddies...please add me! I have about 30#s to lose and I found an easy way to increase my fruit/ veg intake is to juice them or to make smoothies. Have you tried any of those?

I lost 13 pounds in the month of June through diet and walking (I've lost 30 since the end of March). But that's me.
