Hello! My name is Addie and I am 22. I just got my Fitbit two days ago and am really motivated at the moment. I know this motivation will decrease over time which is why I want to find other people to help me with my loss. I need to lose over 100 lbs and want to share experience/motivation!

Happy to be part of your journey. I am 53 and trying to lose 60 lbs. Down over 35 so far. Enjoying the extra energy and more active lifestyle. Walking with my daughters and dogs everynight. Commit to a goal and work for it. Met the minimums at first and then increase those as you get in better health. It is not hard just have to be patient. Look at what you are eating and make sure it includes lean meats and lots of veggies. I avoid starches and breads as I want to avoid diabetes. Just get oiut there and "Do It"!

I just got my fitbit as well and I could always use more accountability. I'm in my 20's also. 🙂
