New today. Chose wrong food/activity rater to determine how many calories per day. How do I go back to that original inputted choice to how fast to lose weight?????

Click Log from the main Dashboard, then in the Food tab under the second section click the arrows till you see "Plan Summary" then click the "Edit Plan" button and change the number
iOS:
Click on the "Account" tab at the bottom, then click on the "Goals" section, and under Diet change the Food (cal. deficit)
