Hi all-
I'm 37 years old, a mom to three, and a full time college student (English/Gender and Women studies double major) and I have 43 pounds to lose. I'm well read, often funny and can be pretty serious and long winded too:) In the past I've lost weight and kept it off with the help of online friends so I'm ready to do it again! The weight came back with each baby and this time, the weight came back due to a family tragedy. Long story short(er), things are amazing, life has stabilized and I'm ready to get back into a sleeker shape. I wanna see my triceps and feel my abs again:) Please friend me and I will do my best to shout positivity from my little area of the globe!

Please add me as friend. I have lots and lots of ideas on how to lose weight. Yesterday I read an old book that had a suggesstion for eating sometihing to fill up on, before you eat your main meal. I didn't expect to see the suggesstion in such an old book.

Good morning I think we're all in the same spot, ready to make changes. I enjoy watching those footsteps add up. I'm counting fat grams and trying to keep myself moving. I Need to lose about 30 pounds, lets work on it together.
