I'm 25 and have been working at this for about 2 months now--I've got 50 lbs to go, so we're close in goals! I'd be willing to team up. What type of exercise are you doing? What's your step count right now? I'm averaging between 9-11k a day, I definitely would love motivation to get out there especially with this cold weather....

Welcome! Motivation is easy. I used a reward system where I earned things along my weight loss journey to eventually lose 131 pounds. It was hard work but the rewards made it easier and gave me something to aim for.

I'm having great success, too. Started Christmas morning at 184.9, just weighed in at 170.5!.
My husband and I each got one for Christmas. I manage the food intake, and we compete for steps each day. I've just started surpassing 10k / day. My husband shoots for 15k (and makes it often). It gives me something in which to aspire.
This program is a life changer.
