Unfortunately, as you can see from the chart below, it's been the same 10-18 lbs several times....
I've been doing the WW at home program on and off for several years now and this is the first time I've really gone back and graphed my performance. Looks like I drop the weight in the winter/spring, fall off the wagon in the summer and fall, hit the Christmas cookies and get frustrated again, then repeat the cycle. My graph looks like a cross-section of the Bering Sea on "Deadliest Catch," and it looks like the waves are getting higher as time goes on. Time to break the cycle. Has anyone else noticed a cycle like this? Does the daily feedback from Fitbit help to keep you on track? I know discipline and staying on the plan is the first place to start...

To a lesser degree, it happened to me last summer. I let work start to interfer with my exercise and I lost some motivation. I had lost from 240 down to 208, then gained back to 221 in about 2 months. It was on 1 August I realized I was going the wrong way and all my efforts up to that point were going to be in vain if I didn't act. I redoubled my efforts and here is my weight pattern for the past year.
