New to Fitbit & new here

I see many challenges have already begun, but am looking for a new challenge to join.

I received my Fitbit yesterday around 2:30pm which means today will be my first full day using it.

(I'm obviously not getting many steps in sitting here at my computer--but it's coffee time.)   LOL

I will following Weight Watchers.  

I've done the Whole 30 (I lost weight, but it's a very hard way to eat--too many restrictions.)

Restricting doesn't help much in the longer run, eventually giving up.. or going back eating the same before.. it's about changing food habits.

 

Personally try following appetite / satisfied signals.. until feeling having enough, not needing more. Eating everything I like.. mostly natural foods, a little treat here & there & no restrictions (prevents binge eating when allowing the food you'd like in the moment), eventually going to have anyway so better to have when desiring in a smaller portion if not so hungry. Everything with care.

 

Sometimes not eating out of hunger, but just taking a bit for the taste, being aware about and try eating when being hungry again..

Hey Ginialeigh.... I'm new myself as I joined February 18th  if you'd like a fitbit friend one that likes challenges... please feel free to add me... I'm looking to lose 40. lbs....and i mostly power walk. so if you want to challenge me ... that would be awesome
