Hello, Anyone can feel free to add me, Trying to eat healthy and loose some more lbs was doing good then winter came lol. I know that Im a stress eater and having a hard time contolling it some days. Then I get depressed because I ate so much.It is a vicious cycle. Need some help staying on the right track.

Hey all. I'm new too and I'd be happy to be fitbit friends with some of you 🙂 Feel free to add me. It seems like none of my real life friends are active on their fitbit so the challenges are dull if I'm only competing against myself!
I'm 25 and have between 60-80 more pounds to lose. Have lost 12 in the past 6 weeks. Working on more.

Yes, Diane1120 your calories go down as you increase you steps. But exersize increases the appatite unfortunately. I have just got my fitbit 4 days ago. I love it and need to loose 12 klg. Over the past 12mth I have lost 10klg with out exersize. I have been diagnosed diabetes 2 and need to get to my correct weight bit faster been a bit lasy. Im 62ys young and have done gym weight and played a lot of sport in the passed. I have always been eating healthy food but eating to many carbs as love fruit and vegi rice and pasta and have been eating to much as I have a large appitite. I have a few good recipes. Im trying to eat smaller amounts but more balanced with the od treet.I also live with pain daily spinal injury and artheritis. I keep pushing on even though it hurts to do so as Im determined not to let my body drag me down, although i do have my bad days. And need incoragement also. Keep strong and i wish you well, its does get easer the more you do..Lets loose this extra weight together we are carring around with us daily...
