Hello! And good luckwith your journey. What you are doing is tough, but will be worth the results. I also work fulltime, go to school and babysit my 3 grandkids weekly. Trying to find the time to do everything is very discouraging. However, you have taken the first step to improving your life, and your children's life by giving them a healthy mum to look up to!  I would encourage you to find just little activities you can add to your daily life. We have all heard about the "parking farther at the supermarket or at work" to gain your steps, I also keep a 5lb hand weight at my desk that I use through out the day ( meetings!) to work on toning arms. Invest in a kettlebell at home or rent (from the library)/buy "Zumba" DVD's to work in some cardio when you can!

It's a long journey, don't obsess over your numbers, just keep making good eating choices and try to be a little more active everyday. You can do it.
