Has anyone started a new challenge yet? I'm so lost on this one that I'll just post in the new one, if started.

Had a very low key new year, stayed home with hubby and son and watched a couple movies.

For the last several weeks I have been reflecting on where I am in my life, who I am and who/where I want to be as well as steps I can take to get there. My weight ballooned up this past week but I am ready to start facing the things I knew I should be doing but haven't. January finances are going to be very tight (if not totally upside down) so I am instituting a budget (again) as well as a food diet. I have steps in place to start exercising more, put more effort into my spirituality and overall improve myself in areas where I feel I am lacking. I will be gentle with myself for any lapses and am willing to tweak anything that isn't working.

I am thankful for my family and friends who are always there to help, listen and love.

I want to take a moment to thank all of you, my Fitbit family, for all the support you have given me over the past year. It is fun getting to know you and to have a place to go with people who understand the struggle.
