Hey everyone!
I'm wondering if anyone has a log of what they eat and how much they are losing open to the public. I'd love to see the food logs of someone who is having successful weightloss in order to get some ideas for meals. It'd be really cool to see the progress, too.
Does anyone know of someone doing this or maybe someone who has a blog like this?

likewise.....I'm not proud of my daily intake but somehow I have still managed to lose a kilogram in the first week of using my fitbit and logging my food intake.....so my food diary is available for all to see.....i have discovered keeping active is the key.

I use myfitnesspal.com and you can choose whether to show or hide your food diary. Mine is available for 'friends' to view, but I'm so stagnant lately & definitely don't advise the beer consumption I force myself to log! I strongly recommend that site though, I even have mine linked to my fibit so exercise calories are figured in for me. 🙂

Just started FItbit, but I'm sharing what I eat and drink and would love to see what others are doing. For the time being I'm not changing the things I eat and drink so much as the amounts. Trying to keep balance (carbs/fat/protein) and portion control are my areas of focus. Also don't feel like exercise when it's this cold out so I'm starting with diet and will step up to exercise once I plateau.
Does anyone have tips for recording restaurant food? Does this require looking up recipes and roughly estimating what was in the meal? Recently looked up the nutritional information at the Ram restaurant chain and was so surprised by what I saw that I'm really concerned about what's being served at restaurants that don't have to post their info.

I have been using the fitbit for walking and for logging food, so far it has worked great for me. As far as eating out, I go to the restaruants web site, usually they have to give you the nutrision information incuding the calories. I have changed what I eat but I let myself do some indulging one night a week for dinner.
I am a chocolate love so after my dinners I have a 80 calorie yougart and a Atins 130 calorie bar or the 140 calorie carmel peanut chewy bar, pretzel sticks are a good snack you can eat 56 sticks for 110 calories, cucumbers if you like them have no calories, I cut them up, a little salt and pepper and surgar free rasberry vinergrett dressing 35 calories for 1 tbsp. I love the walking but I am in CA where the weather right now is in the high 60's to low 70's.

Thanks everyone, these replies really help. Anyone else that's willing to share their food log and how much they've lost as a result, keep posting! ❤️

Hi,
I've just moved over from My Fitness Pal - I hated the unreliability of the app and I also like to keep things under one roof (or app as the case may be) so having my activity tracked on here and my food on anoth site was driving me nuts.... I have lost 164lb - 11st 10lb - 74.4kg in 24 months by logging my food and any exercise daily on My Fitness Pal (until Wednesday when I deleted my account) and now I'm using the FitBit food and exercise log, my diary is open and although I've only been on 3 days, you can have a look through it if you so desire - I promise you the poor food choices of the last few days are not my usualy standard, but at the moment we have been doing some celebrating and comiserating this week....
