ONE can anyone help me with this prob

 

 

 

      I always take my fit bit one off when I go to bed .  I don't clock my sleep. I was wondering if anyone knew why after I take it off for the night does it keep adding on  my calorie burn . Like it's sitting on the table it should be at  zero in the morning when U put it back on .

Your fitbit tracks two types of calorie burn: calories burned through exercise and calories you burn just by being alive (even when asleep). The latter are your BMR calories and are what you are seeing in the morning. There is more information on this here:
