Oct 2020 Prevention Magazine: WALK OFF WEIGHT - 145 lbs

Just read the brief article in Oct.2020 Prevention about a woman who lost 145 lbs starting off by walking and doing Fitbit Challenges.  It inspired me to find some fitbit friends and get moving more!
