Hi I'm 45 and similar weight I'm using my fitness pal and walking 5000 steps a day Smiley Happy

Hi Judeveg, are you following a diet too or healthy eating plan? Wow 5,000 steps a day, do you work which accounts for a lot of those, I can't work and not too mobile, but just invested a low impact 2 in 1 exercise bike/cross trainer, so hoping that will notch me up a few steps.

Starting my fitbit later, just waiting for it to charge x

I just use my fitness pal to stick to a calorie amount daily I don't work and am sedentary so most of my steps come from a daily walk. Smiley Happy

Hey Julie! I am Jen - I have recently had a lot of back issues but am new to fitbit as well. I am doing Shakeology with my fitbit use and loving it. I am interested to hear how you're doing with your goals and weight loss.

Hi Jen, never heard of shakeology, what is it? I have arthritis in my lower back and neck also had both knees replaced. I don't know why but my fit bit isn't charging? I'll have a look at it again today, I will be so disappointed if I won't be able ton use it. X
