Pants Goal

Poor me!  I used to wear size 2 pants, and now a 4 is tight on me, and it almost feels as if it's slipping down because of the corduroy and the tightness (winter pants, for me, tend to be corduroy--I am allergic to wool).  I have a supply of both size 2 and size 4 corduroy pants in various colors. Fat. fat, fat.  Well, not that fat, but fatter than I used to be.  I will soon shower, after I finish charging my Fitbit and writing this message.  Woe is me!  I even forgot to put my Fitbit watch on when I was in the throes of a very long and strenuous period of exercise yesterday.  I journaled about this dreadful error/oversight--I didn't GET CREDIT for my VIGOROUS EXERCISE!!!

This morning is the last time I will scrub the dirty pan that has been in my sink for over a week, calling out to me "Get the burnt part and the rust off me, so I can be useful again."  I remember buying the SOS soap pads at Walmart and having to resort to to my rusty Spanish to do so--I had a heck of a time trying to describe with my currently almost non-existent Spanish vocabulary these soap pads--something like "a thing to clean--don't know how to say pot or pan in Spanish."  The saleswoman was bilingual, but much more fluent in Spanish than in English.  She brought over a salesperson who was more fluent than she in English, and he supplied the words in my Spanish vocabulary, and they both led me to the aisle with the Brillo and SOS.  He handed me the SOS and kind of made my brand choice for me.  I will scrub today for the last time and will either dry the pan and the rack that goes with it or throw the two of them in the trash.

Back to the pants.  My goal is size 2, and not tight or feeling like they will burst of slip down.  I will do the same exercise as I did yesterday and will NOT FORGET to put on my fitbit watch.  I will weigh myself on Saturday and establish a baseline for getting to my goal.  I will now charge my watch, scrub the pan for the last time, shower and put on my size 4 navy blue corduroy pants.  During breakfast, I will watch a DVD on Driving Mindfully.  Good luck to you and me on pursuing our goals.
