Good afternoon!
Unfortunately, I have allergies to chicken and turkey, and currently looking for any ideas for proteins. Tuna and tilapia can only be eaten so often, and sometimes buffalo or bison tend to be a little on the pricey side (cost is a little bit of a concern).
Thank you in advance, and please message me if you are looking for people to add to any of your challenges (I'm new and could use any piece of motivation)!

Have you looked into whey protein? I have found it a very convenient way to get quick protein. The lactose is removed in many varieties, leaving it a great option for allergy sufferers. I use Jarrow's Whey Protein which has no added flavors or sweeteners. I am also a big fan of eggs (I don't know how far your chicken allergy extends) and salmon.

There is always Pork, the other white meat as they used to advertise. Just make sure you cook it enough. Elk is low in fat and cholesterol. Shrimp? Leaner cuts of beef... Ham, as long as you are not concern with sodium...

soy bean, veggie burgers, farro, quinio- lots of things out there besides meat with protein. I would do a search for foods high in protein- you will get lots of new things to eat.

Have you ever looked into tofu? I know most people are turned off by just the thought of it, but if you cook it properly there is plenty of protein and it can offer a different alternate to chicken. I just picked up a package of tofu at my local supermarket for $3.50 and it was enough to use as a sub for meat in four meals. That's pretty cost effective in my book if you ask me.
