Question about Dashboard caloric recommendation

On my dashboard it says I can eat 1122 calories, isn't that a little low for a total days calories?

Depends on your metabolism.  And it is tied to your age, weight, height, and activity levels.  My "at rest" calorie burn has dropped from about 85 an hour to 70 an hour as my fitness has gotten better.  Others have much higher or much lower numbers.

and what you set your goal weight to be. If you eat to your bmr you will stay the same, less you will lose, more you will gain. I would look up your bmr to see what it is and then you will have some idea about why the number is what it is.

Short answer: you haven't told us nearly enough to answer your question.

Long answer:

It depends on your height, weight, sex and age, which determines your Basal Metabolic Rate. You can get that figure here:

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmr-calculator

It also depends on what weight loss plan you're on (500, 750 or 1000 cal/day deficit).

It also depends on whether you have your weight loss plan set on personalized or sedentary.

It also depends on how much exercising you plan to do for the rest of the day.

And it depends on what time of day you consulted the dashboard.

Plus I may have forgotten something else, but I don't think so.

So if you want an accurate answer, you need to supply some more information and we can go from there.
