Hello everyone. I am now the happy owner of a replacement Flex 2 tracker-I love it. I can't remember how to sort out the food that I have eaten tile. There are some foods I must have somehow added to my food section but have forgotten how to add more-salmon salad, thought be easy but doesn't want to add to the list. What am I doing wrong? Is this the right place to ask this sort of question?

There are two ways to add food.
Either create a food or Add a meal
The create a food is if you just have the NI.
Add a meal will contain the main course and any veggies or what ever you have a long with it
Anything you have saved will show off on the side under favorites
You can also search for it
