Hi, reader!
I am a current owner of a Charge HR.
According to my Dashboard, my calorie count has always been low. However, I'm the same weight as when I bought the HR two months ago.
Can you review my profile and see what the problem could be? Here's the link: https://www.fitbit.com/user/36R7LW
Thank you!

Best AnswerHow much are you trying to lose? Your average daily burn is 2376 while your average daily intake is 1240. That's a deficit of 1136. Fairly close to right if you're trying to lose 75 pounds or more, but not so much if you only have about 30 pounds to go. If you're that close to your goal, you should only try for a deficit of about 500 calories. I know it sounds wrong to eat more, but you can ask some of the others on here - it works.
It also looks like your carbs are really high, at least triple both your protein and fat. It comes out to around 80% or more of your calories. I thought it might just be today, but I went back a few days, and it looks like the norm for you. I would cut back on that a bit, adding in some protein and even some good quality fats like avocados and nuts. You can afford the calories if you work with a smaller deficit, like around 500 calories, so that shouldn't be hard.
Hopefully you'll get more advice. We've got some pretty smart people here.
