Setting my plan on Fitbit

I'm not sure how to set up my plan with Fitbit. can use some help in this area. I would like to have a daily calorie intake of 1250 that seemed to work for me. I work at an office so I am at a desk almost 8 hours unless I get up to go walk to the restroom or go to the break room for lunch. Once I am home then I have more freedom to have activity. Not sure if there is someone that can review my account and help me set up correctly. I am trying to lose 30lbs. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

@Nfranzen welcome to the community. Setting up fitbit is relatively simple in my experience. For tracking your food, I HIGHLY recommend MyFitnessPal (both App and Web) as you can sync your fitbit automatically to your MyfitnessPal Account and vice versa. 

 

With regards to activity you can set up everything from your Dashboard on fitbit.com. If you hit the settings button on your tiles then you can customize;

 

1. The hours you plan to be active, 

2. How much weight you want to loose

3.How much calories you would like to consume (all of your meals will sync if you have myfitnesspal)

4. How many hours you want to sleep

5. How many steps you want to take and SO MUCH More.
