How funny I saw this, my Rockin Body arrived Sunday and I started yesterday.
I'm using it to top up swimming, and 12,000 steps mainly because I like to eat a lot so have to burn more. So far I really like it. How are you getting on with it.
I should be getting the T25 to try soon too.

I just started it on monday and so far it's great! Tomorrow I get up to the longest workout so will see how that goes.
I'm following the calendar it comes with so I haven't ordered any other workouts yet. I'm going to do the full 30 days and then I'll probably try another program of his.

I have done the insanity and am currently doing T25, I just started the Beta phase 2 weeks ago. It is great, I love the T25 because the time is managable. Insanity was just too long. However, my problem is I work out consistently, but am not good about the nutrition. I do T25 5 days a week and walk about 4-6 miles a day and have only lost 3lbs in the last 2 months. I really need some motivation to stay away from the bad stuff and really get my butt in gear!!!!

If the nutrition part is your issue like it is mine, your next workout should be the 21 Day Fix. It has portion control containers that help you keep the calories in check. The workouts are great too! Do you drink Shakeology? If you have questions, please ask!

Got both Rockin Body and Rockin Abs, I'm a 55 yo grandmother with a 5 yo grandson around, don't know when I will have the time to do them, I've previewed them and very interested in getting started.
