Should i lose weight ?

I'm 20 years old (male)

My height is :182cm 

Weight: 84kg  

Body fat percentage :18%

Is this values considered over the normal or its perfect

You’re probably aware of BMI (body mass index), which is a very rough and simple way to determine (based on weight and height) whether you’re underweight, normal weight, overweight or obese. Your BMI is 23.7, which puts you in the normal weight category.

 

As to body fat, if you set a goal in your Dashbard, you will see this:

So again, your reported BF% of 18% would put you in the normal range.

 

Now, if you look at this illustrative/indicative sample pictures of men at 15, 20 and 25% BF in this link, you will see differences:

Just like with BMI, the "normal" range is quite wide. It’s up to you to decide where in that wide range you want to be.

 

Just a word of caution with body fat %: most methods that are easy to use to estimate it (scales, calipers) are not necessarily reliable. Those that are more reliable (e.g. DEXA scans) are expensive and not necessarily available. So you may want to double-check your value with different methods, or sampele pictures as in the link mentioned above.
