Smart Scale

I just got a smart scale it wants me to download the app from Google play but I don't have an account for that. I'm using a kindle fire is there another way to get the OKOK international app for Bluetooth smart scale. Not sure what I need to do it says it's compatible with Fitbit. Any ideas or tips are appreciated.
