You know what? I feel exactly the same, i have always been high energy, agile even as a morbidly obsese man, but I Just don't feel any different.
Am I insane, or was the change so gradual that I didn't notice.
from 420 lbs to 280lbs.
maybe i will notice more after another 130lbs which is my target.
The things I have noticed is this though.
The good-
No more blisters.
Able to stand longer.
Dont ruin cloths with all the friction.
no longer crush my own balls when i sit down too fast.
Don't Crush trainers into uselessness.
can sit on a buss without take two seats
can sit on my bike without losing the seat
can fit into the bath.
my body now enters the room around the same time as my belly.
i no longer have breast that make most women look apon them in envy and most men look away and lose their dinner.
The Bad.
I have lost so much weight that i now have wings, literally, they hang from my arms.
They are useful thought, when it gets hot i can flap them as they are pretty good at creating an air flow, flapping my wings is pretty good cardio exercise too.
I have grown another scrotum, or what looks like one atleast, it hangs off my belly like a deflated balloon or maybe a flesh skirt. i was thinking maybe i could tie it up with some rubber bands and tuck it into my underware, its better than rolled up socks!

Gotta say reading your description of wings created a mental image with a gruff voice saying "I'm Batman".
But, really.., losing that weight had to be a job, and you did it well. Thumbs up!

I would say your pro's outweigh the cons. Most people facing large weight loss goals aren't as positive as you. Write a book!

You say you don't feel any different but I hope you're proud of all of the good things you've accomplished with the weight you've lost so far. Keep up the good work!

those pros are great! Congrats! You must be very happy, especially at not crushing your own balls when you sit down - just guessing at that since I'm a woman.
I was confused by the bit about crushing trainers - thought you meant personal trainers and had kinda horrible images of the kinds of exercises that might cause that but then I figured maybe 'trainers' meant shoes. Hope I'm right.
