Started 21 Day Fix today, looking for friends

I started beachbody 21 day fix today (4/6/15) and would love to have friends to help keep me motivated.

I am interested in trying the 21 Day Fix and have all the materials, but I just haven't followed through yet. Maybe this will be the motivation I need.  I will send you a friend request.

omgosh i think this is a sign to purchase this lol. I have been seeing it pop up everywhere. 21 day fix... i want to start this but I keep falling off on my fitness lately. I haven't stuck to it for even a month. So I think once I stick to it for a longer period of time i will do this. It would be nice to hear of results

The first time I did the 21 day fix (this is my second round) I lost 4 inches  and 5 lbs but I did not follow the eating plan.  I think if I would have been following their advice on what to eat I would have definitely lost more than I did.  I am being more careful this time around and paying more attention to my calorie intake.

My daughter has successfully done the 21 Day Fix and other programs, she works PT for BeachBody.com. She has been such an inspiration to me, her friends and family. Had two kids in 23 mos. (youngest is 14 mos.) and lost 50 lbs. since 12/1/14, and all her baby weight from both children now. She is now back into jeans she wore when she met her hubby 8 years ago. She is a SAHM. And amazing!!Good luck to you.

I haven't officially started the 21-day fix yet.  What dayare you on?  My main problem is finding the time to plan my meals, etc.

21 day fix is a program designed to teach portion control with 30 minute workouts each day. As the name suggests, it's 3 weeks long. I have a Facebook group where people going through the program can motivate each other if you'd like to join 😄

JUST ordered 21 day fix last night....I am excited and yet SO scared to start!!  So many questions about what I can and can not eat...lol...I will love to have more friends doing this program with me!!

i believe in the 21 day fix!  Smiley Very Happy  i've done 5 rounds in the past year and have had great success a couple of the times.  i have either gotten sick in the middle of a round (terrible bout of bronchitis) or finished 2 back to back and then i fall off and well, you know the drill.....NOT anymore! 

 

i am starting another round today.....anyone who wants please friend me, i'm new to fitbit and learning, any tips on how to use it with the fix (mainly logging the workouts!) is greatly appreciated!

Hi!  I just realized on the Fitbit site to log the food all I need to do it select the container size....

hey denise, i log all of my meals (even on 21df) using my fitness pal.....it syncs with fitbit and i find that their database is much more broad. of course, ive used mfp for years so im used to it too!!!

I received my 21 day fix package a month ago, and I can't start. I did a bike ride today and feel energized so I am starting the workouts tomorrow!!! I mean it this time! Smiley Very Happy

Hi all, 

 

Would any 21 day fix folks like to add me as a friend on Fitbit? I'm on Day 9 of the program. 

 

In terms of tracking food, I use Myfitnesspal and I sync it with the Fitbit app. It shows up pretty nicely online and on the Fitbit app. I think Myfitnesspal offers a better integration than others. 

 

In terms of getting the most accurate measurement, here's the breakdown of the containers: 

  • Green – Vegetable container: 1 & ¼ Cups
  • Purple – Fruit container: 1 & ¼ Cups
  • Red – Protein container: ¾ Cups
  • Yellow – Starches & Carbohydrates container: ½ Cup
  • Blue – Healthy Fats (Cheese, Nuts, Avocado) container: ¼ Cup
  • Orange (2x) – Seeds, Dressings and Oils container: 2 Tablespoons (Each)
