As the subject says i am a stay at home mom whos gained the mom weight i just cant seem to get rid of it im 5'4 and im floating around 150, after i had my daughter i was back to 136 that was four years ago. i had to quit my job (which i never got to sit down for a min with) and now i have been a stay at home mom just over a year and a half and now my weight is back up to 150... i want to get back to my 130-136 because i felt so much better than i do now and i am stuck at the 150 mark i just want to start to get back in shape and healthy again... does anyone know a decent meal plan for helping to lose weight? i've seen the juicing/fasting and i just want to beable to eat lol..i am walking and i do yoga will swim alot when summer comes.. also i currently smoke but i am getting chantex from my doctor at my appointment in two weeks and i am scared to death that quitting with just add more weight on... i was hoping to start the process to lose weight now so i can keep it going once i quit smoking and will be able to taste food again. So Help Please Thanks!!
