Plateaus, the time when the scale doesn't move. We've all reached them, but how we deal with them is different. Some get frustrated, some kick it into a higher gear and some use it as an excuse to give up. Here are some ideas on how to get past the plateaus and get the scale moving in the right direction again.
1. Stay off the scale for a week. Seeing unchanging numbers only tends to make you more frustrated.
2. Clean out the kitchen cabinets. Make sure there are no temptations.
3. Get outdoors more. Sunshine, natural Vitamin D, will improve your mood and motivation.
4. Find a new workout video. Change things up a bit.
5. Take your lunch outdoors and take a brisk walk after.
6. Increase your water intake.
Just some ideas. Please feel free to add your own.

Thanks, I'm feeling plateud 1.5 lbs away from 50 lbs lost. It's a big number for me and I'm feeling frustrated a bit. It helps to have someone else talking about it.
I may have to go uber low carbs for a week.
Cheers.

7. Why do I need credit cards during weight loss? I can tuck them away for a month.
8. Better to not have any money on me and avoid at all costs visits to DD, McD's, etc if I don't need any coffee (with donuts).
