Now I don't feel so bad about having that piece of pizza at Sam's Club...

Its all about moderation. I have Pizza all the time. But I fill up on salad first now.
Before 3-4 slices. now 1-2 small + Big salad Makes happy Belly

Within reason I don't deny myself anything. I'm pretty much in the situation now where I'm having 1 lunch a week out in a restaurant. I neither look for the highest calorie item on the menu or the lowest. I do still try and estimate mentally what it might have been and adjust the rest of the day accordingly. I'm really looking for a better way to live, this is not a diet for me.
