Sugar and weight loss, No sugar Diet associated with all of those problem its true that weight gain is accumulation of fat but what cause the accumulation is not actually the fat itself

Regarding sugar’s alleged addictiveness, I like Dr. Spencer Nadolsky’s take on the matter.
Is a diet high on sugar good for you? Probably not. Is sugar the sole/primary cause of obesity and other related syndroms? Probably not either. Overweight and obesity are caused by the combination of multiple factors, an excessive consumption of sugar being just one of them. Same with leptin: yes, it’s a hormone that plays a role in weight management, but there are dozens of other hormones that are also involved. The human body is an incredibly complex system. You can’t single out one particular hormone.
