Hey everyone!
I've been using the Tanita body composition analyzer scale at the gym every week to monitor and record the progress of my weight. Right now, the Tanita scale says I weight 131 lbs. However, yesterday at the small animal hospital that I work at, I walked onto the scale just for kicks and giggles (I guess) and it told me a significantly different weight! It said I weight 138 lbs!
I'm not sure which scale to believe. Since we use the scale at the hospital to get weights on small/medium sized animals for medical procedures, I would imagine that scale would have to be pretty darn precise??
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks everyone!

I don't know the answer, but some things to consider:
What is weight of clothes and shoes wearing different situations.
Time of day.
State of hydration.
That said, I have a much older Tanita scale that weighs me consistently about 2 pounds lighter than Aria 2 in the same situation.

I have different scales as well and I always go by my Tanita. Its been the most accurate scale I have ever had.
Weight watchers uses them as well and I am always with in .2 of their scale Vs Mine
