Thank you Odyssey13 , I walked 20,000 steps every day, well almost. Have a healthy breakfast, small lunch, no dinner. Stay away from sugar. That's it.
PS. I use Fitbit Force & Aria.

I agree with the why no dinner. It's important to eat a balanced diet throughout the day to provide your body with nutrients as well as keep your blood sugar stable.
