Thank you Odyssey13 , I walked 20,000 steps every day, well almost. Have a healthy breakfast, small lunch, no dinner. Stay away from sugar. That's it. Smiley Happy

 

PS. I use Fitbit Force & Aria.

Why no dinner? It doesn't sound like you are getting enough calories. Breakfast and a small lunch doesn't sound like much.

WOW....that's awesome.... I've stuggled with my weight since my son was born 17 years ago. I have been working out and watching what I eat. Now that I have my  Fitbit Flex I'm excited. Congratulations on your new you!

I agree with the why no dinner.  It's important to eat a balanced diet throughout the day to provide your body with nutrients as well as keep your blood sugar stable.
